1 Egg white
2 Sugar cubes
1 1/2 oz Gin
1/4 oz Fresh lime and lemon juice
1 oz Clarified milk
1 drop Orange flower water

In a Champagne flute drop in two sugar cubes with the fresh lime, lemon juices and clarified milk. In a shaker tin drop in egg white and gin and shake with ice, then strain into another tin and dry shake and strain into champagne glass. Add in Sparkling wine and let meringue pillow up and set for a few seconds. Add a drop of flower water and garnish with an orange ribbon.
