Michelle Brut


1oz Gin
.5oz Carrot juice
.75oz Fresh lemon juice
.5oz Lavender syrup
1 Egg white
Michelle Brut
Pink Himalayan salt

Add all ingredients except for Michelle Brut and salt into shaking tin. Shake vigorously without ice till well blended. Usually abut 10 seconds. Add ice and shake vigorously until shaker becomes frosted. Pour into old fashioned glass and top with Michelle Brut. Garnish meringue with pink Himalayan salt.
