Sotavento's Sparks

Michelle Brut


3 oz. Michelle Brut Sparkling Wine
2 oz. Jamaican rum
¼ oz. Peach liquor
Barspoon sherry
½ oz. Turbinado sugar syrup (1:1)
2 Dashes bitters
2 Dashes orange bitters
Glass: Champagne flute
Rim the flute with sugar before preparation

In a mixing glass add all ingredients, except the sparkling wine with ice and stir well. Pour the mix into a chilled champagne flute previously rimmed with sugar and add the Michelle Brut sparkling wine. Stir once to mix the liquids.
